A friend of ours lost her dog and then the cat six short months later. The doggie lived a nice long life, but the kitty was only six years old. We think she died of a broken heart when the cute little doggie passed away. Sad.

Her daughter had mentioned that she missed her pets when she would come home from college to visit. So with a 21st birthday coming up this week, her mom decided to shift through some pics of the dog and cat together and came up with an adorable photo where the cat is grooming the dog on the bed. We have been getting a lot of chairs lately… lots. All folding chairs and it’s worked out well as we’ve replaced our older ones with the better and newer ones and simply given the old away to those in need. It was from on old hall that had to close it’s doors to make way for a new string of shops. So we lucked out and got the chairs… we’re not sure who got the tables. Lots of tables.

We also have been getting a few lamps and then more artwork to hang on the wall in various forms. Some were paint by number, acrylic and the velvet painted on pictures. And they are loved and go like hot cakes for cheap. And we continue to get this nice wall hangings. Somebody out there likes us and is always giving us a helping hand.

We were given another fascinating donation the other day. It was another wall hanging that was in good shape and quite beautiful. It’s gone to a nice home for $12.00, as we take in money for some of our nicer donations, now.
